Exchange Policy (Within Pakistan)
This Exchange Policy applies to purchases made from AMK through www.amkofficial.com and is valid within Pakistan only.
Exchange Eligibility
AMK offers a 10-day exchange policy, starting from the date the order is delivered. Exchange requests must be initiated through our official online exchange form.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be purchased from the AMK online store with a valid invoice
- Be unused, unworn, and in the original condition as delivered
- Be returned with original packaging and labels/tags attached
To avoid delays, customers are required to attach clear images of the product when submitting the exchange request.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items purchased during sale or discount periods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless faulty.
- Dupattas and shawls are not eligible for exchange or return unless received in a defective condition.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are processed at the original item price, not the discounted or sale price.
- All exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Charges & Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending the item back.
- A flat PKR 500 exchange charge will be collected at the time of delivery of the exchanged item.
- In case of a faulty or incorrect item sent by AMK, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of an online credit voucher.
- For exchanges of non-faulty items, all return shipping costs and exchange charges will be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Any issue related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to our customer care team within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Complaints raised after this period will not be accepted.
International Handling Disclaimer
AMK will not be responsible for items that are first delivered within Pakistan and later shipped internationally by the customer or a third party.
Processing Time
Online exchange processing typically takes 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and verified.
The exchanged item or credit voucher will be issued only after the returned product has been successfully received and inspected by our team.
Exchange Procedure
To initiate an exchange or complaint:
- Submit the complaint/exchange request form through our website.
- Our team will review the request and share the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back as per the provided guidelines.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Policy Misuse
AMK reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the policy is found to be misused or if the returned product is received:
- Without original tags or labels
- In a used, worn, or damaged condition
- Without original packaging or required components
