Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from AMK through www.amkofficial.com.

Refund Policy

AMK does not offer cash refunds. Only store credit is provided. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where an issue is confirmed to be on our end (such as a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent).

Changes in Order

Changes to an order — including size change, article change, or addition/removal of items — can be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of placing the order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) of order placement by submitting the cancellation request through our official cancellation form.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may be eligible for refund or store credit, depending on the reason.
  • Cancellations made after 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 3% of the paid amount.
  • Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14–18 working days.
  • Orders cancelled without a genuine reason (such as change of mind, no longer requiring the order, or order modification requests) will be issued store credit only.

AMK reserves the right to evaluate the reason for cancellation before approving refunds or store credit.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through our official return form. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return address.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund or store credit will be processed within 14 business days. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased from sale or discount sections are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this period will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or made-to-order articles (including custom sizes)
  • Service charges (such as priority stitching or special handling)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Policy Misuse

AMK reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if it is found that the policy is being misused, or if items are returned with missing tags, damaged packaging, or missing components.

AMK retains the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version available on our website will always be considered the most current.
